We enjoy showcasing our work in school with fantastic displays and presentations, from poetry recitations to singing. We know our parents and friends can't always get into school to see these, so we wanted to share them here!
Where we belong
Riber class have been working on a lip sync to 'Out of the Darkness' as part of BBC Sheffield's ‘Where We Belong” project. The finished video will be featured by the BBC as a giant celebration of communities across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire. From Bawtry to Bolsover and Darton to Dronfield
Our UKS2 children have shared photographs of their relatives who have served in the armed forces as part of their learning in History about Remembrance Day.
As part of their topic Maafa, Riber class learned and performed Wade in the Water, an African American jubilee song, created and first sung by slaves in America
Riber Class also learned and performed Something Inside So Strong as part of their topic work this term
