Our Breakfast and After School Clubs are operated by Hady Primary staff on our premises, providing wrap-around childcare.

Breakfast Club is run by Mrs Goodwin, Mrs Wilson and Mrs Swinden.  After School Club is run by Miss Mason, Miss Brown, Mrs C Palmer, Miss H Collins and Miss Alexander.   Children may only attend Clubs if their parents have agreed to the Club Terms and Conditions

Bookings for both Breakfast and After School Club must be made on Parent Pay. Please see instructions at this link. You may also find these Parent Pay FAQs useful. Please note that you will be able to book only a flat rate for each Club – Club staff will adjust the rate according to the time a child arrives or leaves.

Bookings for Breakfast Club should be made no later than midnight the day before. This will allow us to print an evacuation register and plan for our staffing ratios.  As a result, we cannot guarantee walk-in places and strongly discourage parents from bringing children to school for Breakfast Club without booking in ahead of time.  Please note that you can book regular attendance at Clubs weeks in advance – you do not have to do this on a daily basis.  We will not charge for missed bookings if there are legitimate reasons, such as sudden illness, but missed bookings without good cause will incur a charge.

Bookings for After School Club must be made by 2pm on the day. All bookings will need to be made via Parent Pay.

Pricing is as follows

Breakfast Club – arriving between:

• 7:15am – 7:45am = £5.50
• 7:46am – 8:15am = £4.00
• 8:16am - 8:40am = £2.50

After School Club – signed out between:

• 3:15pm – 4:00pm = £3.50
• 4:01pm – 4:45pm = £4.50
• 4:46pm – 5:00pm = £5.00
• After 5:00pm = £10 late fee (this does not include charges up to 5:00pm)
